Cyprus International University
The first university in Cyprus to enter the UI GreenMetric rankings
One of the landmark projects that demonstrates this commitment is Cyprus International University (CIU). Developed with a strong focus on sustainable campus infrastructure and environmentally responsible practices, CIU became the first university in Cyprus to enter the UI GreenMetric World University Rankings in 2018.
In 2025, CIU was ranked the 55th most sustainable university in the world, as well as 1st in Cyprus, 22nd in Europe and 3rd in Türkiye. This internationally recognised achievement is a powerful reflection of the sustainability standards and future-focused vision we bring to every Levent Group and Levent Living project.
